Detecting SARS-CoV-2: Published!

South San Francisco, CA (April 22, 2022) — In a collaboration with Purdue’s Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering and School of Mechanical Engineering, we have published a paper in Analytica Chimica Acta titled, “PD-LAMP smartphone detection of SARS-CoV-2 on chip”. We show how the technology that is fundamental to OmniVis’ work can be used to detect the COVID-19 causing pathogen in saliva samples. To read more, access the journal article, here.
